Schedule info: Season 6 has started again in the US after a long
Christmas hiatus, while Season 4 changes slots again on C5. In France, the
show is back, but only as reruns, and only on cable.
The first half of Season 6 has finished airing in the US and reviews
and fans alike are loving every minute of it... Looks like arcs are the
way to go this year. After Hell and Lucifer, a few desert nomads and a
couple of Roman legions, Xena and Gabrielle have rewritten the Norse mythology,
and no one is complaining so far...

There are thousands of Xena Web sites out there. If you want
them all, just go to a search engine. But if you don't quite
have the time, here are a few that I like...
The Australian
Xena Information Page (commonly known as MaryD's site):
an Australian site, always ahead - and not only because
of the time difference! But hey, that's great. The woman
posts updates for days that haven't begun yet!! Lots of
info, daily updates, screenshots of the latest episodes,
articles, and a very good selection of fan fics.
- Xenaville: now
part of the very nice Fandom site, this is a British-based
page, and a very nice one too. several weekly updates, episode
guide, reviews, articles, pictures and sounds, plus a lot
more. Lots of good info for UK fans.
- Andrew's Xenaverse:
a really, really nice fan page with a professional-looking
design and lots of cool stuff, including episode guide,
pics and graphics, downloads, montages, reviews, fun infographics,
e-cards, and reviews.
- Whoosh!: an awesome
Webzine dedicated to the Warrior Princess. You wouldn't
believe what kind of stuff these guys can write articles
about. Plus, it has tons of info on the show and the most
comprehensive episode guide on the Web - notably synopsis
of the new episodes on the day of broadcast - quite good
for non-US Xenites.
- Tom's Xena Page:
used to be one of the best fan pages on the Internet, but
Tom has stopped updating it a few months ago. Still huge
though. Lots of info.
The
official site
from Universal has been redesigned and is now definitely
worth a look - especially for new comers.
- And if a weekly hour of butt-kicking princess just isn't
enough, you can check out the fan fiction. There litteraly
are thousands of them, from the very good to the... less
interesting. Top of the barrel is without a doubt anything
by Melissa Good. For fanfic, check out the
AXIP, The Ultimate
Xena Fan Fiction Directory, or Lunacy's
Fan Fiction Reviews. Note that the best place to find
the latest from Missy Good is her own site, Merwolf's
Cave.
- Plus there are a growing number of French-speaking sites.
